Fulfilment Policy

Muslim Community Center of Greater San Diego (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing clarity and transparency regarding our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies. Please read the following policy carefully. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


1. Order Fulfillment


While we do not sell physical products, we do offer various services, event registrations, and donation opportunities through our website. Here is how we manage these:

• Event Registrations: When you register for an event, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the event. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate to receive all pertinent information. • Donations: Upon donating, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipt for your contribution. Please retain this receipt for your records.


2. Refund Policy


We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our community members. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances where refunds are necessary.

• Event Registrations: Refunds for event registrations will be granted if requested at least 7 days before the event date. To request a refund, please contact us at center_admin@mccsandiego.org with your registration details. Refund requests made less than 7 DAYS before the event will not be honored, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. • Donations: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at center_admin@mccsandiego.org within 30 days of the donation date with your request. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline refund requests.


3. Cancellation Policy


We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your participation or recurring donations.

• Event Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event registration, please notify us as soon as possible at center_admin@mccsandiego.org. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, except under exceptional circumstances. • Recurring Donations: You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by logging into your account on our website or contacting us at center_admin@mccsandiego.org. Please provide at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled donation date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time. Cancellations made after the donation has been processed will not be eligible for a refund.
